BFHKI-6751+ Band Pass Filter by Mini Circuits
The BFHKI-6751+ from Mini-Circuits is an LTCC Bandpass Filter with a passband from 5.9 to 6.9 GHz. It has a passband insertion loss of less than 5.5 dB and provides an out-of-band rejection of more than 62 dB (lower band) and 50 dB (upper band). This filter is manufactured using an LTCC fabrication process that assures minimal RF performance variation while delivering a product that is well-suited for environmental extremes of high humidity and temperature. It exhibits superior stopband rejection levels when mounted on coplanar waveguide layouts and is suitable for dense signal chain PCB layouts, complementing MMIC size and performance.
The BFHKI-6751+ is equipped with an interposer board that enables installation onto PCB layouts with automated manufacturing equipment. It is available in a ceramic surface-mount package that measures 4.95 x 3.65 x 1.83 mm and is ideal for point-to-point radios, test and measurement, radar, and SATCOM applications.
