ESB-1SP4T-A673 RF Switch by Mini Circuits
The ESB-1SP4T-A673 from Mini-Circuits is an SP4T Solid-State Switch Module that operates from 0.1 to 67 GHz. It can be controlled via a USB interface and provides daisy-chain control of up to 25 modules. The switch has a switching time of 2 ms and provides an isolation of up to 55 dB. It has an insertion loss of less than 13.5 dB, a minimum dwell time of 20 μs, and a transition time of 600 ns. The switch requires a DC supply of 5 V (via USB) and consumes 80 mA of current.
