JSPHS-150+ Analog Phase Shifter by Mini-Circuits

The JSPHS-150+ from Mini Circuits is a Variable Phase Shifter that operates from 100 to 150 MHz. It provides a phase range of 180 degrees and has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB. The phase shifter has a control voltage range of 0-12 V with a control bandwidth of DC to 30 kHz. This narrow band 50-ohm phase shifter can handle an input power of up to 20 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 1.70:1.

The JSPHS-150+ is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.803 × 0.450 × 0.470 inches and has J-lead terminations. It can operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and is ideal for aircraft communication and delay for feed-forward amplifier applications.
