The MSW6T-6000-600 SP6T provides unparalleled High Power RF performance intended for multi-band transceivers operating in the VHF & UHF bands (30 MHz to 512 MHz). The MSW6T-6000-600 can safely handle Peak Power up to +53 dBm and CW Power of up to +50 dBm. The MSW6T-6000-600 offers the RF designer a solution to overcome the age-old problem of large parasitic capacitance penalty imposed by discrete High Power PIN Diodes packaged in bulky MELF packages. The MSW6T-6000-600 offers the following RF performance characteristics:
