0402HP Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft
The 0402HP Series from Coilcraft are Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values from 1 to 220 nH. They have a Q-factor of up to 105 (at 1.7 GHz) and self-resonant frequencies of up to 16 GHz. These inductors have a current handling capability of up to 2.3 A and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. They are available in compact packages that measure 1.09 x 0.71 x 0.61 mm with RoHS matte Sn-over-Ni-over-Ag-Pt-glass frit termination (other terminations available at additional cost).
