QPC1251Q RF Switch by Qorvo
The QPC1251Q from Qorvo is an Automotive Antenna Routing Switch that is designed to enable Emergency Calling (e-Call) functionality in the Telematics Control Units (TCU). It provides excellent insertion loss and isolation. This highly linear switch can handle up to +34 dBm of CW power and has a switching speed of 2 µs. In case of an emergency where antennas may get damaged or covered, this module allows the primary cellular link to be switched to other antennas in the automobile to establish emergency communication.
This switch requires a supply voltage of 1.8 V, has a very low current consumption. It is available in a 32-pin surface-mount package that measures 4.00 x 6.00 X 0.65 mm. The switch has an RFFE serial control system as a control interface that is compliant with the V2.1 MIPI standard. The broadband performance of the switch makes it suitable for multiple air Interfaces including 5G applications up to 6 GHz, and for eCall switching applications, as well as telematics control unit modules. It is qualified for AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (target).
