QPC2110 Digital Phase Shifter by Qorvo
The QPC2110 from Qorvo is an SOI 6-bit Phase Shifter that operates from 8 to 11.5 GHz. It provides phase coverage of 360° with an LSB (least significant bit) of 5.625°. This bi-directional phase shifter has an insertion loss of 5.5 dB with an RMS amplitude error of less than 0.4 dB and an RMS phase error of less than 3 dB. This phase shifter has a switching speed of up to 91 ns and requires a control voltage of 0/+3.3V. It is available in a plastic over-mold QFN package that measures 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.94 mm and is ideal for X-band phased array, radar, and communication applications.
