The MM1-0832L from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 8 to 32 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 12 GHz. It is a low power K band mixer that works well as an up and down converter. This mixer has a low conversion loss and high LO to RF isolation from the X to K band. It is available as both a wire bondable die and as a connectorized module. This mixer is ideal for 5G transceivers, radar, SATCOM, mobile test and measurement equipment applications.
