The MMIQ-0520LSM passive GaAs MMIC IQ mixer with low LO drive that operates from 5 to 20 GHz (RF and LO ports) with an IF from DC to 6 GHz. The mixer operates down to an unrivaled +3 dBm LO drive level. It provides up to 40 dB of image rejection and its on-chip LO quadrature hybrid provides excellent phase and amplitude balance. The mixer is available in a surface mount QFN (4 x 4 mm) package and has an evaluation board version as well.
