The MQH-2R58R5 from Marki Microwave is a 90 degree Quadrature Hybrid Coupler that operates from 2.5 to 8.5 GHz. The hybrid coupler has an isolation of 23 dB, amplitude balance of 0.4 dB and phase balance of +/- 3 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers, microwave correlators, and microwave Butler matrices.
