QPA9126 RF Amplifier by Qorvo
The QPA9126 is a cascadable, high linearity gain block amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. At 3.5 GHz, the amplifier provides a gain of 16 dB, OIP3 of 35.5 dBm and a noise figure of 1.4 dB while drawing 70 mA current from a 5 V supply. The amplifier is available in a 2 x 2 mm DFN package and is ideal for 5G m-MIMO, mobile infrastructure, repeater, defense and TDD/FDD applications. This amplifier is internally matched to 50 Ohms and is based on a high performance E-pHEMT process.
