Innovative 2 to 18GHz MMIC IQ Mixer Now in SMT

The MMIQ-0218 is the only 2 to 18 GHz IQ mixer available in the world, enabling architectures for electronic warfare that were otherwise impossible. Building on the accomplishment of the 2 to 18 GHz quadrature splitter MQS-0218, the MMIQ-0218 has an impressive 2 to 18 GHz RF/LO bandwidth and DC to 3 GHz IF. The MMIQ-0218LSM provides +5dBm Input P1dB, 27 dB of image rejection, and 58 dB of L-R Isolation with an LO of +17dBm. Our latest release, the MMIQ-0218HSM, increases input P1dB to +13dBm with an LO of +26dBm. Our MMIQ series mixers provide vector modulation, band shifting, SSB and image-reject mixing, and up/downconversion for applications such as radar, EW, test & measurement, and quantum computing. These MMIC IQ mixers are available in surface mount, bare die, and connectorized modules.

20 to 50 GHz Surface Mount Frequency Doubler for mmWave Applications

Efficient high performance doublers are a smart way to generate mmwave tones for use in frequency sources and LO signal paths. Our new MMD-2050HSM provides outputs from 20 to 50 GHz, and provides superior 33 dBc 1F and 40 dBc 3F suppression in a convenient 3×3 mm surface-mount  QFN. The MMD-2050HSM supports input power of +10 to +15 dBm, and the sister part MMD-2050LSM operates with a low +5 to +10 dBm input. These passive frequency doublers are ideal for a wide range of SATCOM, radar, and 5G applications. For phase-noise sensitive applications drive these doublers with our new APM series low phase noise amplifiers.
