QPA2610 RF Amplifier by Qorvo

The QPA2610 from Qorvo is an X-Band GaN power amplifier that operates from 8.5 to 10.5 GHz. It provides more than 2 W (33 dBm) of saturated output power with a small signal gain of 38.5 dB and power added efficiency of up-to 47%. The amplifier has an input return loss of 19 dB and an output return loss of 14 dB. It is fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) and includes integrated DC blocking capacitors. The QPA2610 is available in a surface mount package that measures 5 x 5 x 0.85 mm and is ideal for Radar, Communication and Satcom applications
