MMD-2050LSM Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The MMD-2050LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC millimeter-wave Frequency Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 10-25 GHz to an output frequency of 20-50 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diodes and offers excellent conversion loss, superior isolations, and high harmonic suppressions across a broad bandwidth. It is available in a QFN surface mount package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for high-frequency synthesis, and LO signal chain applications.
