The MT3D-0113LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Triple Balanced GaAs Mixer with an RF-LO frequency range from 1.5 to 13 GHz and IF Frequency range of 800 to 8500 MHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of 7.5 dB and a noise figure of 7.5 dB. The mixer provides a LO-RF/LO-IF isolation of 43 dB and RF-IF isolation of 42 dB. It has on-chip baluns for the LO and RF ports while offering differential ports on the IF for flexible operation with an external balun or differential interface.
