QPF4800 Front End Module by Qorvo

The QPF4800 from Qorvo is a dual-band front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6 systems. It integrates a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, two SPDT switches, diplexer, and a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass. The FEM provides a transmit gain of over 29 dB and a receive gain of 14 dB with a noise figure of 2.6 dB while operating over a 5 V supply. It is available in a 4 x 3 mm 24-pin laminate package and is ideally suited for Wi-Fi 6 customer premise equipment (CPE), access points, wireless routers and IoT applications.
