The QPQ1287 from Qorvo is a high performance Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) filter that supports strict LTE rejection requirements for use in the B40 band from 2300-2400 MHz. It provides a low insertion loss and high rejection for LTE TDD systems under all operating conditions. The QPQ1287 is available in a 3 pad 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.73 mm surface mount package and is ideal for TD-LTE small cell base station applications.
