4X Passive Multiplier Spans 40-125GHz Simplifying mmWave Design & Test

Introducing our first 4X passive multiplier on a single MMIC die. What better way to launch this product category than aiming for the stratosphere with an amazing 125 GHz output capability. The MMQ-40125H supports input frequencies of 10 to 31.25 GHz with quadrupled outputs from 40 to at least 125 GHz. This Schottky diode multiplier consumes no DC power, offers excellent harmonic rejection, and provides very flat output power across an extremely wide output range. For example, the MMQ-40125H provides a convenient 0 dBm output from at least 60 to 100 GHz when provided a +20dBm input tone from 15 to 25GHz. Frequency multiplication is an effective way to create tones at millimeter wave frequencies using available signal generators that operate at much lower frequencies. Applications are varied but include emerging 5G bands, automotive radar, and SATCOM. Marki offers a growing selection of amplifier drivers for our multipliers including our low phase noise APM series to 30 GHz, and AMM series amplifiers to 60 GHz. MMQ-40125H is available as bare die or 1mm connectorized module.

2X Passive Multiplier Spans 20-100GHz Simplifying mmWave Design & Test

The MMD-20100H is not only our highest frequency doubler ever, it has the widest bandwidth by a mile. This single passive MMIC multiplier can take input signals from 10 to 50 GHz and double them to 20 to 100 GHz. Vital for mmWave applications is conservation of power, and the MMD-20100H delivers with only 10dB conversion loss. Typical drive levels are +10dBm resulting in a convenient 0dBm output level over a wide range of frequencies. Frequency multiplication is an effective way to create tones at millimeter wave using available signal generators that operate at much lower frequencies. Applications are varied but include radar, SATCOM, 5G and automotive radar. Drive New Passive Multipliers with Marki Amplifers

In recent years Marki Microwave made significant investment in MMIC amplifier research and product development culminating in the launch of two new product families: our ultra-efficient AMM series of millimeter wave amplifiers and our low phase noise APM series driver amplifiers, both available in bare die, surface mount and connectorized packages. We also introduced new connectorized versions of our popular ADM series amplifiers with higher output powers to +30 dBm. These new MMIC designs propelled the launch of new connectorized amplified multipliers including doublers and quadruplers with outputs extending to 56GHz.
