MM1-1140H RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MM1-1140H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Passive Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 11 to 40 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 12 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 8 dB and a high LO to RF isolation of 47 dB. This GaAs MMIC mixer has an excellent conversion loss, superior isolations, and spurious performance across a broad bandwidth. It is available as a wire bondable chip that measures 0.054 x 0.046 x 0.004 inches. It is also available in a module with connectors.
