QPF4551 Front End Module by Qorvo
The QPF4551 from Qorvo is a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Front-End Module that operates from 5150 to 5850 MHz. It consists of an integrated 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), a single pole two throw switch (SP2T), an RF Power Detector and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA). This FEM has a Tx power of up to 27 dBm and requires a DC supply of 5 V. It provides a gain of 32 dB in the Tx mode, 13.5 dB in the Rx mode and has a noise figure of 2 dB.
This RoHS compliant module has integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics, 2.4 GHz rejection for DBDC operation and a broad range, constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector for application feedback. It is available in a laminated package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
