QPL9504 RF Amplifier by Qorvo
The QPL9504 from Qorvo is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 0.6 to 6 GHz. It provides a gain of 21.6 dB with a noise figure of 0.76 dB and has a P1dB of 18.7 dBm. The amplifier is biased adjustable and requires minimal external components to operate. It also has a power-down control capability integrated into the die for TDD applications. The LNA requires a supply voltage of 5 V and draws 55 mA of current. It is available in a RoHS-compliant, 8-pin DFN package that measures 2 × 2 mm and is ideal for 5G-MIMO, repeaters/DAS, mobile infrastructure, LTE, LTE-U/LAA, TDD or FDD systems, and general-purpose wireless applications.
