The QPP0025 Balun is designed for applications that require small, low-cost, and high reliable surface mount components.
The units are built lead-free and RoHS compliant. This balun offers low insertion loss combined with a high RF power capability across a broad temperature range. All devices are 100% RF tested.
The QPP0025 is optimized for use with Qorvo slope equalizers QPC733X up to 1218MHz. Additional applications may be found in broadband, wireless and other communication systems.
The QPP0025 from Qorvo is a 1:1 Balun that operates from 5 to 1218 MHz and is designed for use with Qorvo’s QPC733X slope equalizers. This 75-ohm balun has an insertion loss of less than 0.85 dB. It has an amplitude balance of ±0.8 dB and a phase balance of 22°, ensuring accurate signal conversion. This balun can handle an RF input power of up to +27 dBm and provides a return loss of up to 22 dB.
The QPP0025 is implemented with a transmission-line topology for balanced-to-unbalanced conversion. It is available in an SP7 surface-mount package and is compatible with lead-free soldering processes. This RoHS-compliant balun operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is suitable for broadband, CATV, and mobile infrastructure applications.
